Warranty & Guarantee

All warranties are issued in writing with company stamp and your project reference number at project handover.

1. Jotun Powder Coating — 10 Year Warranty

All aluminium profiles fabricated by Ahmad Aluminium are powder coated by Sprint Industries, a certified Jotun powder coating applicator. Jotun is one of the world’s leading coating manufacturers, trusted across the UAE construction industry for its performance in extreme heat and coastal environments. Jotun powder-coated aluminium profiles are also standard across our aluminium pergolas in Dubai—giving outdoor structures the same high-level corrosion resistance and finish durability in the UAE climate.

What is covered:

• Colour fading beyond acceptable Delta E values
• Peeling, flaking, or delamination of the powder coat layer
• Chalking or loss of surface gloss
• Corrosion of the coated surface under normal environmental conditions

What is not covered:

• Physical damage caused by impact, abrasion, or misuse
• Chemical exposure outside normal atmospheric conditions
• Damage from unauthorised modification or third-party work

The Jotun applicator certification held by Sprint Industries ensures that coating thickness, adhesion, and curing processes meet international quality standards — giving you a warranty that is manufacturer-backed, not just a verbal commitment.

2. Gulf Extrusion Aluminium Profiles — 5 Year Structural Warranty

We use Gulf Extrusion thermal break aluminium systems exclusively — the UAE’s leading aluminium extrusion manufacturer, with profiles approved for use across Dubai and Sharjah construction projects.

What is covered:

• Structural integrity of all fabricated aluminium frames
• Dimensional stability — frames will not warp, bow, or deform under normal load
• Material defects originating from the extrusion manufacturing process

• Designed for UAE climate — high UV resistance and thermal performance
• Thermal break technology reduces heat transfer — critical for pergolas, glass rooms, and windows in the UAE

3. Guardian & Belgium Glass — 3 Year Warranty

We supply and install tempered and laminated glass from Guardian Glass and Belgium Glass — two of the world’s most trusted glass manufacturers. Both brands carry international certifications and are widely specified across UAE luxury residential and commercial projects. Our most comprehensive warranty coverage applies to our premium glass rooms in Dubai, where Guardian double-glazed units and Gulf Extrusion frames are used together for a fully certified, long-lasting structure.

What is covered:

• Manufacturing defects including internal inclusions, seeds, or bubbles visible under normal lighting
• Optical distortion beyond acceptable industry tolerances
• Seal failure on double-glazed or insulated glass units (IGU)
• Delamination on laminated glass units

Important — tempered glass breakage:

Tempered safety glass is engineered to shatter into small blunt fragments rather than sharp shards in the event of breakage — this is a safety feature, not a defect. Breakage caused by impact, thermal shock from external heat sources, or physical force is not covered under any glass warranty, including manufacturer warranties. This is the industry standard across all glass suppliers globally.

In the unlikely event of a glass defect that causes spontaneous breakage not attributable to external force, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the 3-year warranty period.

4. GP Silicon Weatherproofing Sealant — 3 Year Warranty

All joints, perimeter seals, and weatherproofing applications use GP Silicon — widely regarded as one of the highest-performing structural and weatherproofing silicones available in the UAE market. 

What is covered:

• Seal integrity — no cracking, splitting, or separation from substrate under normal conditions
• Weatherproofing performance — protection against water ingress at sealed joints
• Adhesion failure to aluminium, glass, and concrete substrates

Given the extreme summer temperatures in the UAE, we recommend an annual visual inspection of all silicone seals after year two. Our team is available for inspection and resealing as a maintenance service beyond the warranty period.

5. Workmanship & Installation — 3 Year Free Rectification

Beyond material warranties, we stand behind the quality of our installation. If any defect arises from our installation workmanship within 3 years of project handover, we will return and rectify it at no cost to you.

What is covered:

• Improper fitting of aluminium frames causing gaps or misalignment
• Water leakage at installation points due to incorrect sealing
• Hardware failure — hinges, locks, handles — due to incorrect installation
• Structural movement or settlement caused by our fixing methodology

At project handover, every Ahmad Aluminium client receives a written Warranty Certificate bearing our company stamp and your unique project reference number. This document confirms all warranty periods applicable to your project and serves as your formal record.
