About this project
We recently completed a premium frameless glass pool fence installation for a luxury residential villa in Dubai Sports City. The homeowner wanted a modern safety barrier that would secure the swimming pool area for their family without blocking the view of the pool and the surrounding landscaped deck.
To achieve a seamless, minimalist aesthetic, we installed 12mm thick toughened safety glass panels. These panels are securely anchored using heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant grade 316 stainless steel spigots directly core-drilled into the tiled pool deck. To ensure absolute safety and compliance with local Dubai Municipality pool safety standards, we integrated a self-closing glass gate equipped with a child-safe magnetic latch system and premium hydraulic hinges. Scope of work
• Detailed on-site survey, pool deck leveling assessment, and precise CAD layout measurements.
• Preparation of necessary document approvals in compliance with Dubai Sports City (DSC) community guidelines.
• Custom fabrication of 12mm thick clear, heat-soaked toughened safety glass panels with polished flat edges.
• Precision core-drilling into the concrete pool deck to install heavy-duty grade 316 stainless steel spigots.
• Installation and alignment of glass panels to ensure structural integrity and wind resistance.
• Supply and installation of a self-closing glass-to-glass gate utilizing a child-safe magnetic lock and soft-close hinges.
